* Chaos Computer Club schlägt neues Vergütungsmodell für Kreative vor – angelehnt an Flattr: “Der Chaos Computer Club (CCC) will der festgefahrenen Diskussion um die zukünftige Gestaltung einer gerechten Bezahlung für Kreative neues Leben einhauchen. Wir schlagen die Einführung eines neuen Konzeptes vor: die Kulturwertmark. Zukünftig soll der Nutzer der Werke mit Hilfe des Kulturwertmark-Systems, einer Form des digitalen Micropayments, direkt bestimmen können, welche Kreativen wieviel Geld von ihm bekommen. Jeder Teilnehmer zahlt einen festen monatlichen Betrag ins System ein, den er dann in Form von Kulturwertmark an Künstler seiner Wahl vergeben kann. Als Ausgleich stehen die Werke nach einigen Jahren oder nach Erreichen einer bestimmten Kulturwertmark-Auszahlsumme jedem zur nicht-kommerziellen Nutzung zur Verfügung.” Via

* Gesucht: Ideen und Konzepte für partizipatorische Kunstprojekte. “Erstmals vergibt die Montag Stiftung Kunst und Gesellschaft Auszeichnungen für partizi-patorische Kunstprojekte. Sie sollen Menschen aus benachteiligten Bevölkerungsgruppen oder sozialen Konfliktfeldern aktiv einbeziehen. Gesucht werden Ideen und Konzepte aus den Bereichen Bildende Kunst, Musik, Tanz, Theater oder auch spartenübergreifende Projekte. Ihr Ziel soll es sein, mit den Mitteln der Kunst Missstände sichtbar zu machen, zu ihrer Ãœberwindung beizutragen und neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen.” Einsendeschluß ist der 1. September! Via

* The Weird Girls Project: “The Weird Girls Project is an ongoing art experiment created and produced concept artist Kitty Von-Sometime. It evolves ‘Episode’ by ‘Episode’ and the participants mix between those involved from the beginning and new members increasing with every event. Each Episode is planned for approximately three months with the participants knowing as little as is possible about the event excluding the date, this includes the concept, location and costumes.
